• All TTS Engineers are city and guilds confined space trained.
• All work was carried out under permit to work and escape plan.
• Removed existing redundant coil from chemical vessel.
• Used old coil as template for fabrication of new seamless 316L
stainless steel coil.
• All welds were fully argon gas purged, welder using Air Fed
welding screen.
• Installed new coil in vessel by using inflatable pipe purging
systems.
• Hydrostatic pressure testing to 1.5 working pressure.
• 100% Non-Destructive Testing.
